Create or confirm the account

Register at the console if you have not already. The credit needs an account email or username before it can be matched.

Send payment evidence

Email the PayPal receipt ID, amount, and the account identifier in one message. A screenshot is useful if the receipt ID is unclear.

Run the first tiny request

After credit confirmation, test a small request against https://api.blackeaglecambodia.com/v1 before moving a full workflow.

Manual crediting is normal for the starter trial. Do not send API keys, passwords, or unrelated account credentials in the receipt email.
